My therapeutic work bridges science and selfhood — drawing from clinical psychology, neurobiology, and somatic practice to support emotional regulation, behavioural change, and long-term wellbeing.

This work draws on my academic background in psychology and mental health, and is supported by additional training in hypnotherapy, coaching, and applied neuroscience. Every approach is person-centred, trauma-aware, and practically useful,  whether in the therapy room or daily life.
