My interest in training didn’t come from sport or performance, it came from years spent rebuilding my health. After a long period of illness in my twenties, including a Crohn’s diagnosis, I began to understand how movement, nutrition, and metabolic balance affect everything from resilience to identity.
Over time, I moved from personal recovery into professional practice, qualifying in personal training and wellness coaching to complement my background in mental health.
Today, I approach fitness as a lifelong strategy: not for aesthetics, but for energy, strength, and future-proofing the body.
